Kinross is a burgh in Perth and Kinross, Scotland, though traditionally in Kinross-shire. It has expanded rapidly since the construction of the M90 motorway, which bypasses the town. It lies on the shore of Loch Leven, and you can take boat trips around the loch and to Loch Leven Castle. The T in the Park music festival is held nearby at the former Balado airfield.
Kinross is also the name of a northern Perth suburb in Western Australia named after its Scottish counterpart.
