The Mark LT is a luxury pickup truck from Lincoln. Going on sale in January, 2005, it is a 2006 model year vehicle. The Mark LT replaces the failed 2001-only Lincoln Blackwood, the company's only other pickup truck. The truck will be priced in the USD40,000 range and the company hopes to sell 20,000 annually in the United States. This price is significantly lower than its only real competitor, the Cadillac Escalade EXT.
The Mark LT is based on the Ford F-150 pickup truck. It will use the 5.4 L Triton V8 and will have four doors. All wheel drive will be optional.
