Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser

Oldsmobile used the Custom Cruiser name on their large rear wheel drive station wagons in the late 1970s through the early 1990s. The Custom Cruiser wagon used the same B-body platform as the Chevrolet Caprice wagon, with a 115.9 in wheelbase and 5.0 L Chevrolet small-block V8.

The Custom Cruiser was redesigned with the rest of the B-bodies for 1991, but Oldsmobile customers were less than enthusiastic about the vehicle. Unlike Buick and Chevrolet, Oldsmobile never used the updated 1991 B platform for a sedan, and the Custom Cruiser was retired in 1992.
