- Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd (HKBN -TV): provides over thirty pay channels.
- Galaxy Satellite Broadcasting Ltd (exTV ): controlled by TVB, channels: tvbN, tvbE, tvbQ, TVB Xing He, TVB8, and Celestial Movies, a movie channel which screen movies produced by Shaw Brothers (HK) Ltd., the parent company of TVB.
