Seol Ki-Hyun (born 8 January 1979) is a football player from South Korea. He currently (2004) plays for Wolverhampton Wanderers, a club from the West Midlands region of England that plays in England's second level, the Football League Championship. Seol moved from Belgian side Anderlecht just before the start of the 2004/05 season.

Seol was a key member of the South Korean World Cup squad during the 2002 World Cup. He is most famous for scoring the equalizing goal against Italy in the knockout stages of that tournament.
