Toby Moody

Toby Moody is the worldwide voice of the Dakar Rally. Many American racing fans would know him as the man who provides nightly, half-hour reports from the Dakar for SPEED Channel during the month of January. He is also the voice of MotoGP for Eurosport. His television career began when he was 20. It led to hosting the 1995 Goodwood Festival of Speed , and the 1996 500cc World Championship Grand Prix .

In the United Kingdom, Moody is a member of the organising committee for the Shelsley Walsh hillclimb.

He is also a former mechanic, starting out as one at the age of 16, working for the Benetton Formula 1 team during school holidays.
