Volvo XC50

According to Wheels24 (as cited in the "References" section), the Premier Automotive Group plans to offer the XC50, a Volvo-branded model of sport utility vehicle, to the public in 2005. The XC50 would be based upon the V50 station wagon, and would use the same engines as the S40. It would share the Ford C1 platform with the rest of Volvo's smaller cars.
